Joe joined Waikiki Health in 2017 and has worked in various positions within the Information Technology Department and is now Director of Information Technology, responsible for directing the day-to-day IT operations and special projects. He also collaborates with leadership members, executive management in the strategic development of new initiatives and establishes and administers IT operational plans.

Joe was a key team member in Waikiki Health’s transition to a fully upgraded IT infrastructure and promoting health information technology. He fully believes that information technology has the potential to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of health care delivery.

Joe who grew up in Maui has more than 10 years of experience in information technology & information security programs for private, corporate & non-profit businesses as well as an independent IT consultant.
