Waikiki Health offers telehealth visits as an alternative to an in-person visit to see your healthcare provider. Just use a browser on a computer or device with a camera and microphone. Telehealth visits are all secure and confidential.

How to get started

Step 1: Schedule your telehealth appointment by calling (808) 922-4787.

Step 2: About 5 minutes before your telehealth appointment, get comfortable in a well-lit, private space and prepare to log in from your computer or mobile device.

Step 3: Click HERE to go to telehealth homepage, or enter https://waikikihealth.doxy.me/ on your browser.

Step 4: Search for your healthcare provider’s name and click on Enter Room.

Step 5: Provide your name and click on Check In.

Step 6: Give access to your camera and microphone.

Step 7: Please wait for your healthcare provider to come online to begin your telehealth visit.

Telehealth Tips

• Make sure you have a good internet connection.
• Restart your device before the visit.
• Test your camera and microphone from the waiting room.
• If you are using the laptop or other portable device, be sure its battery is fully charged.
