This practice serves all patients regardless of inability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, ask at the front desk or visit our website.

患者様各位:
当クリニックでは、患者様の財政状況にかかわらずすべての患者様に必要な治療を行います。家族人員数と収入状況によっては、医療費助成も行いますので、詳しくお知りになりたい方は、受付にお尋ねになるか、当院のインターネットサイトを御閲覧下さい。

Everyone is welcome at Waikiki Health. No one is turned away because of insurance or ability to pay. Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance plans are accepted.

If you are uninsured, underinsured and/or have insurance, you may qualify for our sliding fee scale. To do so, you must have proof of income. Please inquire with one of our patient services representative.

If you do not have insurance, please bring one of the following for income verification, to assist with the sliding fee processing:

  • Tax return
  • Unemployment registration
  • Recent pay stub
  • Proof of Department of Human Services benefits
  • Proof of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families

AND One of the following for identity verification:

  • State ID
  • Drivers license
  • Passport/green card
