Before permanently joining Waikiki Health, Jeanelle was first introduced to Waikiki Health in 2007 as a student on rotation for her Physician Assistant (PA) Studies. She graduated from UC-San Diego, CA, with a B.S. in General Biology and minors in Dance and Psychology. During her PA training at Pacific University, she completed a rotation studying in China on the history and practice of traditional Chinese medicine.

Building upon her master’s degree in PA studies, she completed her doctorate in Medical Science with A.T. Still University at the end of 2023. When not at Waikiki Health, she enjoys working out at Orange Theory or taking a dance class with Hawaii Ballet Theatre.
