Waikiki Health is recruiting a full-time and a part-time medical provider for our primary care clinics.
Pay rate for this role is $112,518 annually (full-time).
Schedule: Monday – Friday; some Saturdays; 40-hour work week

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Narrative of duties will differ depend on area of interest. Physician and Mid-level duties can be shared upon interest.
• Provides comprehensive outpatient care with the ability to consult and/or refer to other health care providers/services/agencies as necessary.
• Maintains charting in accordance with legal and clinic standards.
• Dispenses medications from within clinic supply in accordance with legal and clinic standards.
• Inoculates and vaccinates patients to immunize against communicable diseases.
• Participates in health center and professional quality assurance plans/activities, data collection and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Physicians:

• Must meet CME requirements for licensure.
• Current license to practice medicine in Hawaii.
• Current DEA and Hawaii Narcotics Enforcement Division licensure.
• Must be able to work with multi-ethnic and multi-cultural staff and clients.
• Must be eligible for credentialing with Med-QUEST and majority of other third-party payers the clinic participates with.
• Must be fluent in English.

Qualifications for Mid-Level Providers:

• Graduate of a certified Physician Assistant (PA) program.
• One year of work experience as a PA in a primary care clinic preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Hawaii.
