Jacque Tellei
Over the last decade, Jacqueline (Jacque) Keringilianged Tellei has worn many hats in her
service to Waikiki Health. She currently serves as Director of Waikiki Health’s PATH Clinic and
Youth Outreach programs. As Director, Jacque enjoys coordinating and supervising an
exceptional multidisciplinary team consisting of physicians, family nurse practitioners, physicians
assistants, social workers and other providers and clinical staff.
Jacque has over 10 years of experience in direct service as a clinician and supervisor, working
with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who experience trauma, intimate partner
violence and homelessness. She thrives on using her deep empathy, insight and skills to help
patients address the substance use and mental health issues that result from these challenges.
Jacque has served on the Salvation Army Family Treatment Services Advisory Council, and is
currently a member of the Program Committee of The Salvation Army Advisory Board. Beyond
her professional work, Jacque’s love for health, fitness, positivity and empowering lives has led
to her volunteer work in coaching middle and high school cross country youth for the last 13
years. As an avid runner and nature lover, Jacque has also completed numerous marathons
and ultra marathons at the local, national and international levels.
Jacque is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a certified tobacco treatment
specialist (Mayo Clinic). She is a proud graduate of Xavier High School in Chuuk, FSM.
